Brian prides himself in not being the “average” personal trainer. With over a decade of experience within the fitness industry, he still tries to constantly learn more information and training methodology.

While there is a structure to his training he still tries to constantly adapt and change workouts to help his clients to achieve their fitness goals. Whether it’s a personal 1 on 1 training session, Group Training class or his Cardio Boxing Boot-camp, Brian strives to leave all of his clients sweaty, happy and making progress!
