Michelle has been working as a certified personal trainer since 2018, sharing the benefits of weight training and functional movement with her clients.
Prior to becoming a trainer, she spent many years as a dancer, and received a BFA in Dance Performance from the Hartt School at the University of Harford. After herniating two discs in her spine, she retired from dancing and began working with Physical Therapists as part of her recovery process. In doing so, she experienced first-hand the benefits of weight training and functional movement.
Since then she has become passionate in helping her clients find wellness through movement and nutrition. Also a certified nutrition coach she believes in taking a holistic approach to reach fitness and health goals is the most efficient way to get results and become healthier. She specializes in weight loss, gaining muscle, injury prevention, functional movement and weight training.
Michelle has continued to grow her education in the field by becoming a certified StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach.
