Born and raised in the Bronx, Frank got into personal training because he loves to help people. Growing up he wrestled in Long Island City High School. He started as a personal trainer at John Jay College and continued his passion at gyms in NYC. He’s a well-rounded trainer who specializes in muscle tone, weight loss, strength and conditioning.
