Prepping your meals can be scary! We know! It doesn't have to be. Prepping your meals or recipes ahead of time will not only make your life easier, it will also help you reach your goals faster!! A big key to dieting is never allowing yourself to be starving. Once you become super hungry, people frequently make poor food choices.

Another key to meal prep is knowing your taste buds. Don't cook 10 meals in bulk and then after you eat it twice, you can't dream of eating the same thing for one more meal. If you like variety, my favorite is Celery Apple Chicken Salad.

Make the salad and then spice it up each meal! You can have it over arugula, another meal throw in some hearts of palm and green peppers and make a bigger salad. One meal add some balsamic vinegar to change the flavor.

Skip it one meal and make something else! This chicken salad will last in the fridge about a week!

1/2 lb Skinless Chicken Breast, Shredded.

1 cup Red Grapes, Halved.

1 cup Granny Smith Apple, chopped

1 whole Avocado, Diced

2 tsp Lemon Juice.

1/2 cup Organic Walnuts.

1/4 tsp Salt

1 cup celery

1/2 Avocado Mayo (optional)

1 cup carrots, chopped
