Zhi used to do video editing as full time career, but decided fitness/health wellness is his true passion. So, decided to be a full time personal trainer/coach.  

Zhi’s main focus is to take into consideration each of your needs, limitations, and goals, and to develop an exercise plan that makes you FEEL BETTER, MOVE BETTER, and LOOK BETTER.

Zhi have a special method called “Aesthetically Functional” combines aesthetic/bodybuliding exercises with everyday functional movements. 

The real skill is helping you make progress without getting hurt or walking around miserable all day and feeling tired.
